William Lyons

I’m a midweight brand designer with over four years’ experience working with agencies in London and New York. I studied at London College of Communication, University of the Arts London, and Rhode Island School of Design. My love of art and design has led me towards typography, image-making and the challenge of building a distinctive identity from a clear idea. I enjoy developing that idea into a system, working out how it behaves on a page, on screen and in motion. My work spans brand design, animation, 3D and creative coding, including custom tools that let people experiment with an identity themselves. I’m particularly interested in projects where design can make a complicated subject easier to understand or bring people together.
